Clubhouse

The 5000 sq. ft. Clubhouse at Silver Beach is designed with healthy and active lifestyles in mind. It will feature a large wrap-around elevated deck with a screened area overlooking beautiful Kashagawigamog Lake, along with ground level walkout patio and a barbeque area.

Inside, the “Grand Hall” promises to be the ultimate central gathering place for the residents of Silver Beach. The Grand Hall will feature a fireplace, seating area and large screen HDTV complete with surround sound system. A fully equipped kitchen gives the Grand Hall the ability to handle banquets and meals for large gatherings, and of course the bar facility completes the entertainment possibilities.

Downstairs, the fun continues in the games room, where residents can enjoy a friendly game of pool, shuffleboard or darts. For the active type, the well-equipped exercise facility is sure to please the dedicated fitness buff as well as those looking for an occasional light workout. A sauna, massage therapy area and change rooms round out the list of amenities in the clubhouse.
